1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of NSW and VICTORIA Australia WHO say yes to be interested in property investing and would like to be contacted once regarding an appointment with Dream Design Property and are 18 years of age and over Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter, each entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Visit www.ddpproperty.com.au/septemberforbluesapphire and fully complete the registration form, including full name, email address, telephone number, state, and yes interested in property investing.
4. The promotion commences at 00.01 AEDT on 01st September 2016 closes at 23.59 AEST on 30th September 2016 (“Promotional Period”).
5. The draw will take place at 04:00 PM AEST on 07TH October 2016 at 14/13-29 Nichols St, Surry Hills NSW 2010,. The first valid entry drawn will receive a prize. All competition questions must be answered correctly in order for an entry to be valid.
6. There is 1 prize to be won. Prize consists of 1 x 3.5 carat Blue Sapphire Ring as per the picture Total RRP value of the prize is $25,000.
All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize will be delivered to the winner within 8 weeks of the close of the Promotional Period.
7. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity and/or interest in property investing residential address of winners and any other
information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification isat the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final.
