The gold medallist and the drug cheat
What a furore there’s been in Rio.
The swim team have been getting stuck into anyone known for being a drug cheat. And they’ve been upsetting a lot of people.
Good for them.
They don’t like it, but you know what?
If you do it, you’re going to get called on it.
It’s like anything in life. If you do something underhand then someone’s going to call you out.
Last week I had the pleasure of calling out property spruikers who are cheating clients by double dipping.
They grab a commission from developers and then charge their client a fee on top for their services.
The support I got back was overwhelming.
Aussies have got a fierce sense of right and wrong. If someone’s taking them for a ride they let them know about it.
Now, I’m not saying everyone’s doing this. There’s a few around who are though, so I’m glad to have brought it out in the open.
If you want to find out a way to create wealth faster (without being taken for a ride) then you can find out how by spending an hour with one of our property experts.

P.S. I’m writing this from sunny Sri Lanka at the moment. I’m catching up with my family and old friends and I’m happy to escape the cold!
One of the nicest things about being an investor is I can afford to travel anywhere without worrying about the cost, or having a boss put pressure on me to stay at work.
Having money isn’t about a bank statement. It’s about the choices and freedom it gives you.
There’s people in corporate roles earning millions a year. But they can take their 60 hour weeks and stress and keep it. They’ve got money but no freedom.
As an investor you can have both.
