At DDP, we understand that women are a force to be reckoned with.

We also know that women are extremely savvy investors.

Why?

Twenty-six percent of women under the age of 35 have a mortgage, compared to 20 percent of men.

Only a decade ago, just 13% of Australian female-owned an investment property.

According to the Property Council of Australia, 47% of investors who own real estate investments are now women.

This increase is remarkable, so what’s driving it?

Women are cautious risk-takers, and so less likely to take on a big mortgage, but they are also very aware of the benefits of building a property portfolio as part of their retirement strategy.

Funnily enough, at DDP we have exactly the same sentiments. We don’t want our clients to take on commitments they cannot afford.

As DDP founder Zaki Ameer says, “Investing can be intimidating, which is why we need to empower women so they can secure their futures.”

50% of our staff are female!

At DDP, we want to ensure the women who come to us for support are provided with expert guidance to help leverage the best results for their own personal circumstances, so they can invest with confidence.

Let’s set clear goals to build your future.
